Amid growing demand for a CBI probe, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met Virendra Singh Bhandari and Soni Devi, the parents of the late Ankita Bhandari, at the CM residence on Wednesday.
“The parents shared their views and feelings regarding the case with the Chief Minister”, an official statement said.
The Chief Minister listened to them with complete sensitivity and assured them that the state government stands firmly with the bereaved family. The Chief Minister said that ensuring justice in this case is the state government’s top priority.
The CM assured the family of all possible support and positive action on their demands.
