Actress Malaika Arora’s birthday has coincided with fresh speculation about her personal life after photographs of her with wellness entrepreneur Sarvesh Shashi during a visit to Abu Dhabi triggered rumours of a possible romance.
The photographs, shared by Sarvesh on social media, show the two together at Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. In another picture taken inside a car, Malaika is seen resting her head on Sarvesh’s shoulder.
Adding to the speculation, Sarvesh captioned his post, “A little yin, a little yang, and a whole lot of love.”
Neither Malaika nor Sarvesh has confirmed a romantic relationship, and the photographs alone do not establish whether the two are dating.
Sarvesh is the founder of SARVA, a yoga and wellness venture, and has been associated with Malaika professionally for several years. The two also co-founded Diva Yoga, a wellness platform for women, in 2018. Their longstanding business association provides another context for their public appearances together.
The latest buzz comes months after Malaika was repeatedly spotted with diamond businessman Harsh Mehta, sparking similar speculation. Neither confirmed those reports either.
Malaika, who was earlier in a long-term relationship with actor Arjun Kapoor, has spoken candidly about the constant attention surrounding her personal life. In an interview published by The Indian Express in March, she said she was open to companionship but was not actively looking for a partner.
She also described the recurring dating rumours as irritating, adding that she and her son, Arhaan Khan, sometimes laugh about them.
Malaika was previously married to actor-producer Arbaaz Khan. The couple, who share a son, divorced in 2017.
As she celebrates her birthday, the photographs with Sarvesh have once again put her personal life in the spotlight. For now, however, the question of a new romance remains unanswered, with neither of them publicly confirming the speculation.
