A CCTV footage of a road accident in Bathinda, Punjab, has gone viral, showing a man riding a scooter and a young girl being crushed under a road roller.
Media reports said the man died on the spot as his head was severely crushed in the accident on Friday. The girl sustained critical injuries and is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital.
The girl was traveling with her father when the scooter skidded, causing both of them to fall on the road where the road roller was plying. Within seconds, both father and daughter came under the road roller which was being reversed by the driver.
