Chief of Army Staff General Dhiraj Seth called on Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at his residence in Srinagar on Tuesday. He was accompanied by GOC Chinar Corps, Lieutenant General Balbir Singh, and other senior Army officers.
