Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami along with his wife Geeta on Sunday participated in the closing ceremony of the Uttarayani Kauthik Festival in Dehradun. Former Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshiyari also took part in the event.
