Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday expanded his cabinet by inducting five new faces that included former state BJP chief Madan Kaushik.
Besides Kaushik, others who took oath included Khajan Das, Pradip Batra, Ram Singh Kaira and Bharat Chaudhary.
