St. Thomas’ College Junior School Hosts Spectacular Annual Sports Meet 2025 on on Friday (31st October 2025) on the Gardner Multipurpose Auditorium of the Institution.
The Junior School celebrated its Annual Sports with great zeal, excitement, and a vibrant atmosphere. The much-awaited event of the academic year brought together
students and teachers in a spirited celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline.
The programme commenced with the ceremonial March Past, led by the College Captains Akshita Rawat and Shirsh Bamrara, along with the Prefects of the four houses.
Their synchronized march and immaculate coordination reflected the core values of leadership and unity upheld by the institution. The occasion was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Susan Mann, Ex-Thomasian and Principal of Carman School, Dalanwala, Dehradun and G.I.G. Mann, Ex-MLA & Director, Carman School, Dalanwala.
In her inspiring address, Mann commended the students for their enthusiasm and discipline, emphasizing the importance of sports in shaping character and instilling
lifelong values of perseverance and fair play.
Students from various classes showcased their spirit and creativity through a series of vibrant drills and performances, promoting the message of fitness, health, and teamwork. The well-coordinated displays won the admiration of all present, filling the campus with colour and energy.
The track events were the highlight of the day, as young athletes competed with great passion and determination. Their commitment and sportsmanship filled the atmosphere
with excitement, making every race a thrilling spectacle.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the Principal, Mr. R.V. Gardner, who expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Chief Guest, staff and students for making the
event a grand success. He highlighted the role of sports in fostering holistic development, discipline, and resilience among students.
The Junior Annual Sports Meet 2025 was a resounding success, leaving behind cherished memories and inspiring the Thomasians to continue striving for excellence
both on and off the field.
