The Uttarakhand Congress on Monday held an impressive rally in Dehradun to gherao Lok Bhawan against the alleged failure of the state government on various issues including law and order situation. Senior party leaders including Shelja Kumari, Harish Rawat, Ganesh Godiyal and Suryakant Dhasmana participated in the rally which began from Parade Ground. Later, Congress leaders were taken into preventive custody by the police at Garhi Cantt.
