Veteran actor Dharmendra was discharged on Wednesday from Breach Candy hospital in Mumbai. Hours later Govinda also walked out of a hospital with a broad smile after he fainted at his home.
Dharmendra was discharged from Breach Candy Hospital in the morning. Dr Pratit Samdani of Breach Candy hospital said “respected Dharmendra Deol ji has been discharged from the Breach Candy Hospital this morning at 7.30 am and his treatment and management with recovery will continue at home.”
Earlier, Hema Malini on Tuesday said the health of her husband Dharmendra, who was in critical condition, was improving and slammed some negative media reports about him.
“What is happening is unforgivable! How can responsible channels spread false news about a person (Dharmendra) who is responding to treatment and is recovering? This is being extremely disrespectful and irresponsible. Please give due respect to the family and its need for privacy,” Hema Malini said on X. Sunny Deol and Isha Deol also made similar statements.
Dharmendra was admitted to Breach Candy hospital on Monday in critical condition.
Meanwhile, another veteran actor Govinda (61) was discharged from a hospital in the afternoon after he fainted at home last night, media reports said.
Govinda was discharged from a hospital where he was rushed after he experienced disorientation and briefly lost consciousness. Chi Chi walked out of the hospital and addressed the reporters waiting for him. “I did excessive hard work and was fatigued. Yoga-Pranayam is good. Excessive exercise is tough. I am trying to make my personality even better. I feel Yoga-Pranayam is better…Doctors have given me medicine…”, Govinda said after leaving the hospital.
On Monday, veteran actor Jeetendra fell on the ground while attending Zarine Khan’s prayer meet in Mumbai. Pictures and videos of Jeetendra tripping immediately went viral. However, Jitendra stood up and said he received no serious injuries.
