Russian forces carried out overnight drone strikes on Ukrainian logistics hubs, port and transport infrastructure and communications facilities, Russia’s Defence Ministry said on Sunday.
The ministry said Russian forces struck a Vodafone data centre in Kyiv, which it described as a major provider of mobile and high-speed internet services to the Ukrainian military, including for the transmission of intelligence data.
It also reported strikes on the Zammler Group logistics centre in Krasilovka, Kyiv region, where Western military assistance was allegedly stored and distributed, and the Drone Kalinsh logistics centre in Ilyichovka, Odesa region, where FPV interceptors were reportedly kept.
In the port of Kiliya, Russian forces targeted the headquarters of the Ukrainian Navy’s Vostok naval base, a Ukrainian State Border Guard Service facility, four warehouses containing military equipment and port infrastructure, according to the ministry.
The Russian Defence Ministry further said two warehouses containing drones and combat components in Mykolaiv were hit, along with a dry cargo vessel at sea that it claimed was carrying military equipment and dual-use cargo to the port of Odesa.
