Two charred to death in Rishikesh accident

Two persons were burnt alive and one injured when two vehicles collided head-on Rishikesh area of Dehradun district in Uttarakhand early Wednesday.

After the collision, both the vehicles – a boring machine vehicle and a tractor-trolley caught fire during which the two drivers were burnt alive. The two drivers have been identified as Mohsin of Shamli area in Uttar Pradesh and Vikas of Sidar area in Madhya Pradesh.

The third injured person has been hospitalized, police said.
