Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Gen Anil Chauhan on Thursday arrived at Shri Badrinath Dham where he toured the temple complex and took stock of the preparations for the upcoming Char Dham Yatra, police officials said.
During the visit, police officials provided him with detailed information regarding the comprehensive arrangements being made to ensure that the pilgrimage is safe, smooth, and well-organized.
