Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s 49th birthday was celebrated on Monday as “Yuva Sankalp Diwas”.

On the occasion, various sports competitions, tree plantation programs and blood donation camps were organized by social organizations in different parts of the state.

Special puja was also performed in all the four Chardhams shrines. In Dehradun, the Chief Minister celebrated his birthday in the company of the blind children at NIVH.

An official statement said the Chief Minister’s birthday has also been trending continuously on social media handles. #YuvaSankalpDiwas kept trending throughout the day on Twitter.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Sharh, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, several Chief Ministers including Yogi Adityanath, Union Ministers and leaders extended their birthday greetings to Dhami.

Early in the morning, Dhami along with his wife Geeta offered prayers at Tapkashwar temple in Dehradun.
