The doors of Hemkund Sahib and Lokpal Laxman Temple, symbols of faith and devotion of many devotees, were closed on Friday for the winter season with full rituals.

“This year, devotees from India and abroad bowed their heads in the sacred court and received blessings,” Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said after the closure of the Hemkund Sahib in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand.

“It is our prayer that the grace and blessings of Wahe Guru Ji remain with all of you forever,” the CM said.
