Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), led a protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on Saturday, marking the movement’s first major street demonstration after gaining popularity on social media.
Hundreds of supporters gathered to demand the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over alleged examination irregularities and paper leak controversies. Protesters carried flowers and national flags, emphasizing a peaceful and non-violent approach.
Heavy security arrangements were in place around the protest venue. Dipke said the movement would continue to seek accountability on issues affecting students and unemployed youth across the country
