Four people were killed and three missing when a Bolero vehicle veered off the road and plunged into Pindar river at Deval area of Chamoli district of Uttarakhand on Thursday, officials said.
The accident occurred when the vehicle carrying ten people was going to Ghes from Deval, While four persons died on the spot, three were missing.
Three injured persons were rushed to nearby hospital.
A rescue operation to find the missing persons in the river was in full swing.
