On the occasion of Uttarakhand’s traditional Harela festival, the volunteers of Dehradun-based Rural Litigation and Entitlement Kendra (RLEK) organized a tree plantation program in Dehradun. The program was dedicated to Late Avdhash Kaushal, founder of RLEK, who made significant contributions to environmental conservation and forest dwellers’ rights.
