Uttarakhand is setting new benchmarks in industry best practices, leveraging innovation, collaboration, and data-driven strategies to create meaningful impact across sectors,
Pankaj Gupta, President of Industries Association of Uttarakhand (IAU) has said.
Participating as a panellist at the National Conclave, discussing scaling impact through collaboration and innovation, Gupta spoke about the innovative initiatives of Uttarakhand, including: MSME Solution Centre – empowering small and medium enterprises with guidance, resources, and structured support to overcome challenges and grow responsibly.
He also talked about productivity gain sharing programs – incentivizing employees and teams through collective performance improvement strategies, fostering collaboration and increasing efficiency. This also includes Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule) – identifying key focus areas that deliver the maximum impact, helping industries streamline processes and achieve sustainable growth.
Through these examples, Gupta highlighted how Uttarakhand is setting benchmarks in industry best practices, leveraging innovation, collaboration, and data-driven strategies to create meaningful impact across sectors.
