SSP Manjunath Inspects Newly Constructed Banbhoolpura Police Station

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Nainital, Dr. Manjunath TC, on Monday conducted an inspection of the newly constructed Banbhoolpura Police Station in Haldwani town of Uttarakhand and reviewed the quality of construction and infrastructure.

During the inspection, the SSP examined various sections of the police station, including office rooms, security arrangements, record room, visitors’ room, barracks, malkhana (property room), armoury, public toilets and other essential facilities. He assessed the overall construction quality and directed the executing agency and concerned officials to ensure that all pending works are completed within the stipulated time and to the highest standards.

Dr. Manjunath said that all necessary facilities should be made available at the police station so that the public receives better, more efficient and citizen-friendly policing services. He added that a modern police station equipped with advanced infrastructure would significantly strengthen policing and improve public service delivery.

The SSP also emphasized maintaining quality standards in the remaining construction work and instructed officials to ensure that the building is fully functional at the earliest.

The inspection was attended by Superintendent of Police (Communication) Revadhar Mathpal and others.
